In 2025, BADNF Automation Industrial implemented a non-contact ultrasonic flow monitoring system for Yarmouk Water Company at Manshieh Station in Mafraq. The solution measures the water head above a calibrated Parshall/Cutthroat flume and converts it into accurate real-time flow readings.
The project included channel preparation, verification of the flume geometry, installation of the ultrasonic level sensor, controller configuration, cable routing, calibration, and final performance testing.
The system now provides stable, maintenance-efficient, and continuous flow monitoring essential for operational control and reporting at the station.
